We cater for up to 14 guests* and are happy to tailor our dishes for your little ones and any dietary requirements. As all our ingredients are seasonal and fresh, our dishes continually change.

From a relaxing and welcoming environment, designing a dream tablescape, keeping your glasses topped up all night and even taking care of the dishes, our dedicated front-of-house team will go above and beyond to ensure your dining experience allows you to celebrate and create memories together that last a lifetime.

Celebrating good food and great company

At Silverlake we do everything we can to minimise our impact on the environment. From sourcing local produce to building relationships with local suppliers. And, not forgetting delicious ingredients from our Lower Mill Estate allotment and surrounding lakes, all grown and caught by Bob, who looks after the allotment.

With a range of menus highlighting our zero-waste ethos, our chefs have created a selection of dishes that spark excitement and delight. Prices start from £30 per head for a bespoke 3-course menu and an additional £200 per group booking for the hire of your private chef. Paul Budd and his team‘s private dining option is facilitated by our sister Estate, Lower Mill.
