An update from Conservation Builders Ltd on our first homes in Beaumont Village

Immerse yourself
It is all systems go here at Silverlake with the construction of our first homes in Beaumont Village well underway.

There is so much going on down here at Silverlake right now it’s difficult to find the right place to start…..

Conservation Builders Ltd have been hard at work, come rain or shine, and lots of important infrastructure work has been completed in Beaumont Village with all services and the road network now fully installed ready to service our first 31 homes and our fantastic new spa.

Since our ground breaking ceremony on the 13th April the piling rig has made multiple visits to the site and the foundations have been laid for a number of homes in preparation to welcome our first families to the Silverlake community in 2017.

The majority of houses at Silverlake are being built using prefabricated Stucturally Insulated Panels (SIPS) that have become a hallmark of CBL’s construction process and highlight their commitment to eco-friendly construction and sustainable development. These panels are built to order off-site and craned into position to form the shell of the house, which not only considerably reduces the construction time, but also creates a very well insulated property that is both kind to the environment and very economical to run.

CBL are leading the market in sustainable holiday home construction and are always looking for new and exciting ways to create homes that are built to last and save the planet and the pounds in equal measure.

We would like to convey our thanks to all at CBL for their hard work  and dedication so far and please keep an eye on our social media channels for more pictures and updates throughout the construction process.
