We had a fantastic time and the property was perfect for us. My only niggle would be that the barbecue is faulty (ignition, temperature control) meaning that we had to use matches and it was difficult to cook on

I believe that silverlake would benefit from an onsite 'farm' shop, and evening bar/restaurant.
I also believe that as well the evening 11pm noise policy, that an early morning, say 8 am policy should be introduced.

We spotted a mice around the outdoor furniture. We were worried that they might enter the property when the doors are opened during this hot weather.
We understand that the weather is not normal for the UK but can electrical fans be provided as the property doesnt have air conditioning.

The staff in charge of bike/ kayak rentals were brilliant -super friendly and kind. Also the gardeners and maintenance staff were also friendly and welcoming. It is clear that staff really enjoy working on the estate and feel valued.

My only complaint was issues with the hot tub. Every evening we had issues with it -every evening we reported the issues -yet the same issues kept returning with the temperature cold every evening. Considering that we specifically sought a property with a hot tub this was really disappointing. Even more so was the fact that on the Friday -check out was at 10am so we should have had use of the hot tub until ten am -instead a maintenance worker came around 830 and the tub was completely emptied well before check out time. I hope that this is not normal service -reading the reviews on Silverlake it seems that a few other renters also had complaints about the hot tubs. The hot tub also should be hot at 4pm on the day it is rented - it should not take 24 hours to reach peak temperature- especially for weekend lets - having rented a number of properties with hot tubs this is not common practice.

The food at the Hatch was excellent.
We could not relax in the pool as younger people and their parents were playing with balls in the water which narrowly missed our heads on occasions.

No 30 Overton Island was a lovely house and we enjoyed having the small garden space outside the lounge where we could sit in the evenings. One comment to note is that the owner should consider replacing the double mattress in the children's room on the bottom bunk bed as you can feel the springs...

No 30 Overton Island was a lovely house and we enjoyed having the small garden space outside the lounge where we could sit in the evenings. One comment to note is that the owner should consider replacing the double mattress in the children's room on the bottom bunk bed as you can feel the springs and it was very uncomfortable to sleep on so we did not use it much. Also I would recommend updating the inventory in the kitchen and including some wine glasses and oven gloves, we could not find any. Other than that the house was lovely and I would 100% recommend people to book this and to stay there. We will also be intending to stay again in the future. I liked the new hut where you could order burgers in the evenings and the lady serving / cooking was very helpful and provided great customer service. The staff were exceptionally friendly in the Spa and pool area and very helpful, always checking we were enjoying our stay. PS: Some of the sunbeds do need replacing on the beach area.

For 10 adults we really needed more glasses and mugs and the occasional clean under sofas would not go amiss. But generally the house was clean and well equipped and there was a good amount of space, especially with the snug. Hot tub was lovely and checked/cleaned regularly and good outside space.
We had some lovely walks around the estate and the outdoor pool was great - would be nice if it were heated to 30 degrees for little people. We appreciated the care for the habitat and wildlife and liked the ethos of the place.

There was an employee at the gate when we arrived who was very helpful with instructions about where to drive to locate Beaumont Village 2-3, checking we had all codes to enter etc. This was reassuring for us. It took a long time for the gates to open at the exit. Uncertain whether gates had to open/close each individual car or line of vehicles could exit when main road clear. On entering site # worn on keypad & 3 times number entered before gates opened. Gym users very happy. We all enjoyed Hurricane spa, beach & lake, rooftop lounge area, swimming pool & bar. Receptionist very helpful, informative. Lift made access easy.

We absolutely loved staying at Wildside WI15 and would recommend it to anyone.
Just a few things to note for some small improvements on your side:
1) the equipment hub was great, but it would be amazing if there was an official launch pad just next to the hub. It was slightly annoying to lug the canoes and paddle boards all the way back to the house to get them in the water. We found a little concrete slipway (next to the bridge that leads to the spa area) and used that, but it wasn't ideal. Providing a launch pad next to the hub will also help customers return items on time and get the most out of their tire time.
2) The toilet roll situation was very stingy - it wouldn't cost a lot more to provide 2 rolls per bathroom or leave a large pack of spares in the utility.
3) The food we ordered was delicious - pizzas and lunch at the hut. However, it was a bit chaotic and seems like a missed opportunity.
4) The roof terrace needs more seating.

The property was very well equipped extremely clean and comfortable. The only niggle was not having a fence to the adjoining right hand side property who had a dog and he kept coming onto our property and once actually in our property. He also fouled on the edge of the garden and despite telling the other occupants they did not clean it up.
We would definitely book this property again or another property on your estate and have already recommended it to others.

The whole family enjoyed their stay immensely. Everything about the estate was wonderful. We enjoyed full use of the pool and the younger members of the family, the paddle boards and bikes. I myself had an express manicure by Petra at the Spa. What a lovely lady 🥰. We all enjoyed drinks and nibbles at the weekend on the roof top bar, served by two very delightful ladies. They were a joy 🤩. The accommodation was most impressive. Only one slight hiccup which was sorted straight away by a couple of young staff and Beverley on the reception. 😊. A long journey for us from North Yorkshire, but well worth the travel. Lots to see in the area including the Tank Museum, Monkey World amongst lots of others. Also I would like to add that The Frampton Arms in Crossways served very good food.
