It was too hot! Couldn't turn down the heating it was set higher than documented in the welcome book.

The salt shaker and cooking oil jar were both empty.
It would be handy to have some sort of surface cleaning spray there.

Staying in a 4 double bedroom place was absolutely fantastic. Nice and spacious, comfortable & stylish furniture and a nice size kitchen to cook in. I like the open plan design which was very sociable.

The signs to navigate the site to reach the firefly on foot could be better.

It would a good idea to leave instructions on how to use the appliances. We had to go to You Tube to watch a video on how to use the hob. Having older people with us they would not of been able to work this out, as well as having to show them how to use the combination microwave. There was a book...

It would a good idea to leave instructions on how to use the appliances. We had to go to You Tube to watch a video on how to use the hob. Having older people with us they would not of been able to work this out, as well as having to show them how to use the combination microwave. There was a book in the house but the information was very limited. Would be good for local information such as taxi ride, take away, etc. No idea how to use or where the sound system was either. No outside bin for dog waste. We disposed of this at the bin station but used a carrier back outside to put in the collected bags. No housekeeping instructions about leaving the property such as stripping beds or dirty laundry. Could not hoover up as the power pack for the hoover had ran out and we could not find the charge for this. TV was locked to child setting.
