From our family to yours
Habitat First Group is a family-run business. Having launched Lower Mill Estate in The Cotswolds in 1999, the company went on to launch Silverlake, Dorset and has a number of other exciting projects in the pipeline, including Birchwood Estate in North Devon.
The family continue to run Habitat First Group to this day and the family touch can be felt in everything that we do.
Family and nature
All of the Estates combine ecology, architecture and community to help your family to thrive. Two thirds of each estate is dedicated to untouched nature reserves and lakes, ensuring nature is at the heart of everything.
