  • Returns are based on a maximum £700,000 four-bedroom total investment with the 5% returns based on a full year’s rental.
  • The property's first year will start from the day when the property is formally opened for reservations and last for 356 days from this date.
  • The property must be on the rental portfolio for a minimum of three years.
  • If the property exceeds 5% return in any one-year period, no additional payment will be made.
  • A maximum of four weeks (28 days) can be allocated for owner use (7 days during peak dates**).
