The first release of plots

The initial phase of development will provide an eclectic mix of our most popular designs, with nine freehold plots, available for reservation now.

Four-bedroom properties start from £560,000 and larger five-bedroom designs from £1.27m (total investment). These prices consist of a freehold plot price with the benefit of planning permission from Silverlake and a build contract from our recommend builder, Conservation Builders Ltd.
